Hi there, my name is Sarah Karangioze. As a child, I was born in southern NH and raised most of my life in northern MA. I come from a large hard-working family filled with first responders, construction workers, and entrepreneurs. My own career path has brought me great experience with customer service, administrative duties, education, and the joys of motherhood.

When it became my time to look for a home, I rooted my family back to southern NH. It was during my own home buying experience that I had come to develop an underlying passion for real estate. It wasn’t until I became a mother that I decided I needed a new career path and looked back on that passion of real estate and ran with it.

My goal is to really learn what my clients’ wants and needs are and to not only find them a house but a HOME. Homebuying and selling can be a very stressful time for some and as your agent and friend, I want to make this a time of excitement for new beginnings!
