David helped me purchase my first home. We originally contacted him for a new construction home, but unfamiliar with the area. David was able to steer us in the right direction of neighborhoods. We saw quite a few homes before finding our home in Salem, NH. It just happened to be a For Sale by Owner and the owner was not easy to work with. David spent many hours negotiating with the owner to make sure that we got the home that we wanted. He was available to talk whenever I needed to help me through the process. He was easy to work with through this stressful process.
